Loud cheers as Ruto arrives for swearing in, and enter office

 There are cheers as President elected William Ruto arrives at the stadium to take oath.

He is accompanied by the incoming first lady which is Rachel Ruto.

He is due to be sworn in as Kenya’s fifth president since get independence in 1963.

The incoming deputy president, Rigathi Gachagua, had arrived earlier and he too will be sworn in to office later of the day.
