African leaders comes for Ruto's swearing in to office

 

African leaders are now coming at Nairobi's Kasarani Stadium for William Ruto's swearing in to the office ceremony.

Local media had reported that 20 African heads of state were expected to attend the swearing in to office.

Kenya is a key strategic partner in East Africa and the larger African continent.

Tanzania's President Samia Suluhu and Eswatini Prime Minister Cleopas Dlamini have comes.

Others who have driven into the cheer filled stadium are Seychelles' President Wavel Ramkalawan and Burundi's Évariste Ndayishimiye.

Malawi's President Lazarus Chakwera and Guinea Bissau's Umaro Sissoco Embaló have also arrived.

Citizen TV shared a video of President Embaló arriving to a warm reception.
